SHIPPING POLICY (DIGITAL DELIVERY)

101DoTC sells digital products only. No physical shipping is provided or required.


DELIVERY METHOD

After successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product via:

  • a download link on the order confirmation page (if shown)
  • an email with access and/or download instructions sent to the address provided at checkout

Delivery is typically instant. Please allow up to 10–15 minutes for email delivery due to system processing or email-provider delays.

Download limit: For security and fair use, download attempts are limited to 5 per file per order by default.

Please ensure your checkout email address is correct and check spam/junk folders. If you reach the download limit or experience access issues, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help restore access where appropriate.


SHIPPING FEES

There are no shipping charges, as all products are delivered electronically.


NO PHYSICAL GOODS
