RETURN & REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCT)

OVERVIEW
Thank you for your purchase from 101DoTC.
We want you to feel confident about your order, and we will do our best to help if anything goes wrong. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed shortly after purchase, refunds are handled under the rules below.
DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
101DoTC sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.
Digital products are typically delivered by email, download link, account access, or related digital delivery methods shortly after successful payment.
If you do not see the delivery email, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders and make sure you are using the same email address used at checkout.
If you still cannot access your files, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.
REFUND WINDOW
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Requests submitted after the 30-day window are generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Because this is a digital product delivered electronically, refund eligibility may be limited once access has been provided and the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Within the 30-day window, we may approve a refund in the following situations:
1. DUPLICATE CHARGE
You were charged more than once for the same order.
2. WRONG PRODUCT PURCHASED (NO ACCESS)
You purchased the wrong product and have not accessed or downloaded the files.
3. NON-DELIVERY / ACCESS FAILURE
You did not receive a working download link or cannot access the files, and we are unable to resolve the issue after you contact support and complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.
4. VERIFIED TECHNICAL ISSUE
A file is corrupted, incomplete, or consistently fails to open on standard software or devices, and we are unable to provide a working replacement after reasonable troubleshooting.
WHAT “ACCESSED” OR “DELIVERED” MEANS
A product is considered accessed or delivered when the download link, account access, or delivery email has been successfully provided and the files are available to you.
This may include, without limitation:
- opening a download link
- receiving a working delivery email
- accessing files through your account
- initiating or completing a file download
If the files were delivered correctly and remain accessible, the purchase is considered fulfilled.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- you changed your mind after access or delivery was provided
- you no longer want the product after receiving access
- the request is based on personal preference or dissatisfaction after access was provided
- the request is based on expected results, outcomes, or personal progress
- you did not read the product description before purchase
- you used the wrong email address at checkout and did not contact support within a reasonable time
- the files were delivered correctly and remain accessible
- the request is submitted after the 30-day window
- we cannot verify the purchase
- we reasonably believe the request involves abuse, unauthorized use, file-sharing, repeated refund behavior, or other suspicious activity
PURCHASE VERIFICATION
To review a refund request, we may require enough information to verify the purchase and investigate the issue.
This may include:
- your order number
- the email address used at checkout
- a brief explanation of the issue
- screenshots or error details for technical problems
- confirmation that the files were not accessed or downloaded, where relevant
If we cannot reasonably verify the purchase, we may deny the refund request.
SUPPORT FIRST
If your issue relates to delivery, downloads, or file access, please contact us before requesting a chargeback or disputing the payment through your bank.
In many cases, access issues can be resolved quickly by resending the delivery email, providing a new link, sharing troubleshooting steps, or offering a working replacement.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, email us at support@101dotc.com with:
- Subject line: “REFUND REQUEST – ORDER #____”
- your order number
- the email address used at checkout
- a brief reason for the request
If the request relates to a technical issue, please include a screenshot and the device, browser, or app you are using.
Incomplete requests may take longer to review.
PROCESSING TIMES
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 3–10 business days for processing. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
ACCESS AFTER A REFUND
If a refund is issued, any ongoing access related to the refunded purchase may be disabled.
This may include, without limitation:
- download links
- account-based access
- updates related to the refunded product
- optional community or support access associated with that purchase
CHARGEBACKS AND ABUSE
If you experience a problem, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks may delay resolution and may also limit our ability to provide support efficiently.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks or deny future purchases where we reasonably believe a refund or dispute request is abusive, fraudulent, contradictory to verified delivery records, or inconsistent with this policy.
FAIR USE AND GOOD-FAITH POLICY
This Refund Policy is intended to protect both customers and the creator of the product.
We aim to be fair and reasonable, but digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical items. For that reason, access, delivery records, download activity, and good-faith use of the product may be considered when reviewing refund requests.
APPLICABLE LAW
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
LEGAL NOTICE
Where applicable law provides mandatory cancellation or refund rights, we will comply with those requirements.
